Venus Crown is located in the new central area of Brașov and becomes a landmark of the community, through its urban architectural expression and social community space. The ordering principles are: active, fluent, adaptable and representative space.

The space is composed of two urban platforms accessible to the public: the commercial ground floor and the terrace for leisure and sports. The public ground floor space has an attractive and dynamic character, with a wide range of commercial facilities and extends on the roof with sports, leisure and community activities.

Cumulus wins 3rd prize @ ”Colentina Lakes” Competition

The competition aimed to develop the landscaping of the Colentina lakeshores over the entire length comprised in the 2nd District. By analyzing the geographical context we discover that Bucharest is not a flat city. Actually, the flat does not exist, there is always a slope of a few centimeters, of a few meters or sometimes of even 10 meters. Therefore, our proposal follows to rediscover the subtle slopes.
