NEW HERITAGE - 3rd place winner for the 2025 Biennale di Venezia Competition
We are excited to announce the groundbreaking of our ambitious project for the renewal of an existing building within Făgăraș protected area. The proposal seeks to honor the architectural heritage of the site while transforming it into a refined three-star hotel.
What if architecture could do more than create spaces—what if it could forge connections? Our proposal celebrates Romania’s unique cultural landscapes, where nature and tradition coexist in harmony. This vision reclaims sustainable construction and community-driven practices, reshaping architecture as a mediator between humanity and the natural world. Construction thus becomes a communal act, bringing people together whilst architecture isn’t just built—it’s lived, shared, and sustained.
