The textures used range from mineral to organic, from wood to stone and glass. In the heart of the mountain, we found the "crystal" as the essence of stone, created at high temperatures, characterized by edges, regularity, transparency, and purity—this is the image that inspired us in designing the concept for the 5-star hotel, the anchor of the proposed master plan.
The principles defining the master plan are:
- An iconic aspect through the uniqueness of the project, making it a statement in the area.
- Diverse ways of "living," from urban settings to secluded nature retreats.
- Maximizing access to the natural panoramic views.
- Harmony between humans and nature through studied proportions.
- Storytelling elements such as "Bogdan’s Oak," the vineyard, and viewpoints towards the mountains.
- Green energy, ecological and innovative technologies.
- Materials and colors inspired by nature.
The challenge lay in addressing the land’s elevation differences so that all units benefit from the panoramic views while maintaining a balance between nature and the built environment.
