We approached this central site near Herăstrău Park as a piece of the city rather than a closed residential enclave.
A fluid spatial composition connects the shared areas of the residence, where three buildings accommodate 222 apartments, offices, a restaurant and a spa.
Monogram rises from a two-level base of shops and services, the “urban slab”, which opens towards Daniel Danielopolu and Grigore Gafencu streets.
Porticoes, gardens and pedestrian paths lined with terraces, cafés and walkways that invite you to stroll are open to everyone. Steps, green terraces and an exterior staircase connect all levels of the slab and bring life to the street from early in the day, creating an urban courtyard where curated nature and sofisticated lifestyles converge.
A fluid spatial composition connects the shared areas of the residence. Open planning creates visual continuity across functions, to encourage intuitive movement, interaction and a collective sense of place.
The three buildings share a warm cream façade frame that holds deep balconies, conceived as extensions of the apartments. Gold accents on the planters and perforated panels, together with integrated planting, soften the volumes. The set-back upper floors house duplex apartments with panoramic glazing.
Inside, the lobbies pair dark timber panelling with terrazzo and brushed gold surfaces, arranged around a sculptural spiral staircase. They welcome residents more like a hotel than an apartment building.
Expression and Playfulness
Contemporary urban influences reshape the residential aesthetic into something bold. Raw textures contrast with polished surfaces and refined details, and material juxtapositions introduce depth and visual tension. Strong forms and distinctive accents establish character. The result balances metropolitan energy with the comfort of domestic space: a home for play, for connection and for exploring the layers of aesthetics.
Rigour, Light and Materiality
Apartment interiors are offered in four design directions, from restrained minimalism to tailored craft, each placing space at the forefront. Pure volumes and continuous surfaces establish a clear spatial hierarchy, while mono-material finishes emphasize texture, proportion and depth, with light articulating the geometry of the interior.
Interior design is more than comfort or a stylish proposal. It is conceived and curated to reflect your personality and to offer a vision for your life: an identity you can easily connect with and make it your own.
Privacy and Tranquillity
The Welness Center is conceived as a retreat within the residential setting. Muted materials and filtered light create a subdued atmosphere, and spatial transitions move gradually from openness to intimacy.
Carefully framed views and discreet boundaries reinforce privacy. Here, architecture becomes a framework for restoration and quiet living.
