The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel located on boulevard 15 November No. 90A, in former BCR building, will be the tallest building in the city.
The hotel will have 142 guestrooms, spa, casino, restaurant, sky bar and a conference center.
The guiding principles of the architecture project are the integration of the facades into the architecture of the city (through color, stone texture and proportions of the facade registries), keeping the original silhouette of the building (landmark in the new city center), opening the ground floor to the public by geometry and functions.
