The Dorobanti Hotel project prioritizes a permeable public realm. A network of pedestrian pathways connects Calea Dorobanti with Mihai Eminescu and Ernest Brosteanu streets. At this central intersection, the hotel's vibrant core unfolds – a double-height lobby, bar, restaurant, and luxury shops.

The interior design embraces a minimalist aesthetic with a clear and uncluttered spatial organization. However, this is elevated by the use of sumptuous natural materials. Polished marble floors and burnished brass accents create a visually rich yet understated experience.

Beyond the lobby –  the bar, restaurant, and shops act as an extension of the urban fabric. These spaces, meticulously designed, seamlessly integrate the hotel with the energy of Bucharest.

NEW HERITAGE - 3rd place winner for the 2025 Biennale di Venezia Competition

We are excited to announce the groundbreaking of our ambitious project for the renewal of an existing building within Făgăraș protected area. The proposal seeks to honor the architectural heritage of the site while transforming it into a refined three-star hotel. What if architecture could do more than create spaces—what if it could forge connections? Our proposal celebrates Romania’s unique cultural landscapes, where nature and tradition coexist in harmony. This vision reclaims sustainable construction and community-driven practices, reshaping architecture as a mediator between humanity and the natural world. Construction thus becomes a communal act, bringing people together whilst architecture isn’t just built—it’s lived, shared, and sustained.
