The third stage of Arcadia Apartments Domenii prioritizes diversity and flexibility in its housing units. We ingeniously accommodated studios, two-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and even lofts with gardens within the pre-defined building volumes. This caters to a wider range of residents and lifestyles.

Landscaped inner courtyards contribute to the microclimate, fostering a sense of well-being for residents and the surrounding neighborhood. We've also ensured design continuity by incorporating elements from the access areas into the upper floors.

This stage emphasizes public interaction. The facades facing General Athanasie Enescu and Children’s Streets boast commercial and service spaces, enhancing the vibrancy of the entire area.

Body B8, situated at the corner of an urban island, has a unique design. To optimize its views of the nearby Children's Park while respecting the existing street architecture, it features a continuous facade facing the green area and a recessed reception yard, blending seamlessly with the surroundings.

NEW HERITAGE - 3rd place winner for the 2025 Biennale di Venezia Competition

We are excited to announce the groundbreaking of our ambitious project for the renewal of an existing building within Făgăraș protected area. The proposal seeks to honor the architectural heritage of the site while transforming it into a refined three-star hotel. What if architecture could do more than create spaces—what if it could forge connections? Our proposal celebrates Romania’s unique cultural landscapes, where nature and tradition coexist in harmony. This vision reclaims sustainable construction and community-driven practices, reshaping architecture as a mediator between humanity and the natural world. Construction thus becomes a communal act, bringing people together whilst architecture isn’t just built—it’s lived, shared, and sustained.
