Simbio is a place where you can spend pleasant moments at a brunch, have dinner with friends or just work. That's why the arrangement was supposed to be primarily welcoming for the guests. In addition, the space had two roles: to be perfectly functional as a restaurant but also to be representative of the Negustori 26 house that has been here for a century.
