Happy communities give a sense of life and success for a development of a project. It is clear that urban design - public and semipublic space - plays a role as important as the dwelling itself. Building a community is hard to achieve but it can be even harder without a space that encourages the formation of communities.

Happy and healthy communities should be the objective of any developer as this guarantees a sustainable investment. The residential district of more than 100.000 sqm is designed so that apartments benefit from light all year long.

The exterior space for each unit will assure the possibility of spending outdoor time throughout all seasons.
