The area has development potential for attractive, semi-central housing, given its location near the banks of Bega River, with the possibility of further development of office functions, commercial, administrative, cultural and service spaces.
The residential complex is integrated in the existing urban context with continuous fronts, inner courtyard in closed volumes generating urban squares, public spaces with community services functions on the ground floor.
