Murotti is an ambitious proposal for a new ski resort located somewhere in Valcea county.
The resort will have a total of approximately 445 accommodation units developed in hotel-type buildings, apart-hotels and individual villas rented as hotels.
The project aims, from the masterplan phase, to adopt the principles of sustainability in all aspects: design, technologies, location in the natural environment.
The buildings are arranged in a cascade, from north to south, depending on their massiveness and importance: the hotel on the top, dominating and protecting at the same time, the large villas apart from the hotel in front, and then the groups of small villas.
The same rule is followed by the public spaces: the main square in front of the hotel, with a mirror of water that becomes a skating rink in the winter but also with chic shops, cafes, confectioners, then following the more intimate spaces, around which the small villas are grouped.
In addition to the 445 accommodation places, the resort will also benefit from 3 restaurants, an après-ski, conference rooms and a ballroom for about 500 people, two small cinema halls, parking for about 250 cars.
Together with the resort, the ski area will also be developed, the sections being planned to total approximately 50 km. In addition to the winter attractions, the resort will benefit from a multitude of mountain activities throughout the year.
