The plot has a total area of 3.6 square kilometers and is located on the waterfront.

The project is sequenced in 7 construction phases, and each of them proposes the construction of an all inclusive 5* hotel, an apartment area, commercial spaces and public spaces such as parks and pathways.

The idea of the project is to protect the natural environment, the beaches and laguna of the River Boca Ciega., so that all the constructions will be withdrawn from the waterfront with 150-200m.

The master plan envisions a self-sufficient vacation city with numerous opportunities: night walks and attractive, well-lit public spaces, bike rides, electrical train rides, restaurants, terraces and bars, as well as belvedere and relaxation points.
