BVX X MARKS THE SPOT





The site is located in a key area of Bucharest, near the sequence of lakes, and favorably connected both to the central area of the city and to the financial district that is formed in the north of the city. 



The solution proposed on the former industrial site, located in a low-rise residential area, aims to bring not only density, but also large areas of public space.

The main elements of the solution are represented by the auditorium and the service "plinth". The auditorium, the network of pedestrian streets and attractive urban plinth act as polarizing elements. 

The towers have a less invasive relationship with the existing urban tissue through the withdrawal from the street front.
